Today is National Macaroon Day in the United Sates.
Living in San Jose, California, I couldn’t refrain myself from making some French Parisian Macaroons to celebrate the day!
First, I made with my own hands and love the dough with egg whites, sugar and almond powder.
Then, I cooked the macaroons in the oven and magically, the famous little bumps at the bottom appeared!
Then, I simply made a vanilla bean custard to stuff them with some yummy flavor.
Oh! And I stuffed some of the Parisian Macaroons with raspberry jam too.
Then I released my French Parisian Macaroons Kitchen Poster at the store.
